What is the Bústia Planter.
A RUGIDO TEATRE programme for texts and projects by emerging companies. Not a reading grant. Not a small venue without a tour. It’s the path from text to a robust, fully scaled production with real distribution.
Emerging Catalan playwriting has talent. What it lacks is a structure to make it reach people.

Co-production
RUGIDO co-produces the selected project. Robust production. Guaranteed tour. Distribution via Bitó Produccions. Estimated value: €40,000–60,000.
Free access
Access to RUGIDO’s know-how at no cost. Support with open calls, communication plan and professional network. For projects in early stages.
360° Mentoring
Project structuring, guidance for open calls, communication plan and tutorials. Estimated value: €6,000 (with possibility of grant funding via mentoring subsidies).
